Monson 3-21-11
¡Hola!!
¡¿Como están todos?!

Life is great for me here in the south. Pictures are of us having a farewell dinner with a family, and me saying goodbye to the elder I trained (Gutierrez) who left this morning from the zone.

My companion left me early this morning, sad day, but I get a new one tomorrow, yeah! My new companion is Elder Boyd (I think from Utah) He is my height and even more gringo than me (blonde hair blue eye thing, don’t know why that is so special here). So we will be the double gringo duo. He is from my last zone and I already know he is a hard worker, so I’m way excited.

So weird to see McCoy home. Good to hear him speak in spanish, his english had a few mistakes, good stuff.

So I heard you guys are in war over there? Is that true? What is the country called in english?

This week, for some reason, we gave lots of blessings. A few sick people and a less active member that got hit on her bike by a car, it wasn’t too bad though. It’s cool giving lots of blessings. The people think because we are missionaries, we have more power in our blessings! Nice!

Well I really can’t think of much more to say. We had zero investigators in church again... We will never have a baptism is we can’t get anyone to church! Me and my new companion have lots of work to do. It will be fun leading the area, it’s been a while. Well, love you all!!!!
