It’s me!

Hello!

I am making the DVD as I write. It took me a while to finally figure out how to do it so I don’t have much time. As soon as it finishes burning I have to go. There are all my pictures and videos on it from My last area, (meaning the majority of my mission).

This week really flew by. Me and my new companion are really working well together. He doesn’t speak much which is definitely different than all my other companions. He works great though. We are getting higher numbers than I ever have.

We have like 3 couples that are just waiting for their papers so they can get married and baptized. The papers seem so complicated here and we are always waiting for them!

We are still finding lots of new people. I really love this new area! The members! The investigators! and even the church building is awesome!

One fast experience. We were heading to an appointment and we were passing in front of a recent converts house. Their daughter was outside playing and told us to come in. We were kind of in a hurry but we said we would just say hi. We went in and started talking to the parents. All week long they had been having problems. Neither of them have a job and have been doing just about everything to earn money. They asked us hard questions like, God knows what we need, we don’t need much, why doesn’t he help us out a little. I really don’t like responding to questions like that. We didn’t say much. Basically just listened to them. They said they weren’t planning on going to church the next day. We told them to just keep praying and reading and going to church. The next day we saw them at church and they greatly thanked us for the visit. In my eyes they passed the test! Whoo!!
