Monson 4-11-11

Hey fam!!

Ok to explain the pictures… The 2 assistants, President and
president’s wife had a car accident this week. The elder in the
picture with the suit coat with me and my companion Elder Boyd is the
assistant that was riding in the passenger seat of the car. You can
kinda see in one of the pictures the stitches he had to get in his
head. He was the worse off. Pres. and the assistant driving didn’t have
anything happen, Pres´s wife got away with only having to wear a neck
brace. As you can see it was a pretty rough accident. They rolled
twice and its really a miracle they are as well as they are.

The other picture is me buying stuff in the misión home. We went to
Neuquen today for our Pday to go and finish up my paper work here to
make me more legally (finally I know, I hope it will help us when we
come back.)

This week was really rough because my companion was sick all week. You
might think having a sick companion would just make things boring but
its a lot of work to do actually.

We are expecting 3 baptisms this week!!!

One cool experience came from doing service. There were some ladies
that had a pile of sand dumped in their street that was blocking like
half the road. They were moving the sand with buckets, a pretty sad
scene. So of course we helped them. It was a ton of sand and I’m pretty
sore from it. During the whole time they were asking us questions.
Afterwards we had a really good lesson. They even gave us cake :) They
said we were answers to their prayers!! well shucks...
